Spotted is a location-tracking application that records visit history and routes on your device. The App operates entirely on-device and does not require an account or internet connection for core functionality.

Spotted offers a free tier with limited tracking time and a one-time in-app purchase to unlock unlimited usage. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

Spotted is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that location data will be perfectly accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Spotted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using Spotted at any time by deleting the App from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice.
